We used Cherry Chianti Balsamic Glaze for this recipe but any of Ashlynn’s Fruit & Wine Balsamic Glazes will pair perfectly as well!

Grilled Chicken with Brie and Balsamic

Grilled Chicken with Brie and Balsamic… How can you possibly go wrong? This simplistic, yet elegant dish should be on a weekly dinners list in your home!

Season chicken breast with salt, cracked pepper and granulated garlic. Grill to perfection, about 2 minutes before you take the chicken off the grill, baste each breast with Ashlynn’s Cherry Chianti Balsamic Glaze and top with two slices of good brie cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly before removing the chicken from the grill. Garnish chicken with another drizzle of balsamic glaze, toasted almonds and a fresh spring of rosemary. Sit, eat and enjoy!
