Italian Summer Salad with Fig Balsamic Glaze

Sauteed kale, romaine hearts, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, red bell peppers, sweet onion, basil and seasoned Italian olive oil tossed with ditalini pasta, topped with Gorgonzola cheese and drizzled with Fig Francesca Balsamic Glaze.

Cook pasta as directed, meanwhile, chop all vegetables and herbs, set aside. Saute kale with a bit of olive oil (season with salt and pepper), Drain pasta and add kale, chopped vegetables, herbs and desired amount of fig balsamic glaze and olive oil. mix well and garnish with Gorgonzola cheese and more fresh basil.
