Pomegranate Port Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Pomegranate Port Glazed Salmon with Goat cheese and almonds



2 8oz fillets of Salmon

olive oil to coat

Salt, Pepper & Granulated Garlic to taste

2oz sliced or crumbled goat cheese

1/4 cup Ashlynn’s Pomegranate Port Balsamic Glaze

2 TBSP sliced roasted almonds

Cooking Instructions and Chefs Tips:

Preheat oven to 350 degress. Arrange 2 8oz Filets of Salmon (we recommend wild caught and skinned, however Farm Raised and skinned works just as well) on a baking sheet and brush both sides with Olive oil and season to taste. (We use tin foil to cover baking sheet as it reduces burning and makes cleaning a breeze.) Place Salmon in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven. Once Salmon is firm to the touch, apply Ashlynn’s Pomegranate Port Balsamic Glaze liberally with a basting brush, then place the Goat cheese and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Once Cheese has softened remove and place on serving plate and sprinkle sliced roasted Almonds. Use fresh parsley or chives as a garnish. This dish pairs perfectly with roasted red potatoes and a nice glass of your favorite vino!
